Return Policy

All products purchased from indainaurochs.com are applicable for return.

  • Customers can return their order within 15 days from the order delivered date.
  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The refund amount will be credited back to his/her bank account.
  • The refund will be processed only when we have received the products with its quality remains the same.
  • Refund of COD charges and shipping are not applicable.
  • To return a product, please fill the return form which is available in your Indian Aurochs account.
  • The Return product pick up facility is available only on limited pin codes.

If you choose self-return, then you are requested to pack the item same as before without any damages and with the above conditions, you are recommended to do it through a reliable courier service to the below address.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@indianaurochs.com and send your item to the same address mentioned above.

Refund Policy

You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund process will be started
  • The amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your bank. Often there will be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us care@indianaurochs.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
